Engineering Applications Overview

Ceramicx spends a great deal of its time and expertise solving infrared applications engineering problems presented by customers. Our our engineering department of infrared heating consultants has dealt with issues from platen replacements, to cooking chickens, to the development of heaters for blood centrifuges, to testing the cowlings of jet turbines and much more besides. We have a culture or practicality and bring together practical engineering principals and know-how to solve seemingly difficult problems. We are a one-stop shop, if you have a problem with the application of heat to a process/product we can design and build the heater, design and build the solution and apply full HMI if necessary. We are great believers in offering you the customer “as much as necessary but as little as possible” to solve your problem.

	Platens	Infrared platens can be designed for a wide range of industrial applications including infrared ovens
	Projectors	Where effective positional heat is required, the aluminized steel projector (PAS) forms an ideal mounting system for a wide range of infrared heaters or other IR emitters
	Reflectors	Mounting infrared elements in an aluminised steel reflector (RAS) maximizes the heat output and forms a rigid, durable and safe framework.
	Product Accessories	Ceramicx Ireland Ltd. has the ability to manufacture powder pressed precision components for reliable and trouble-free use in high temperature applications.
