Birth Cert

Thank you for purchasing a Ceramicx Infrared Emitter.

The birth cert below shows the end of line test results for your emitter. These tests were carried out before your Ceramicx emitter received its markings and serial number. The tests show a number of things which include; a load test, a flash test, a resistance test, rated wattage, rated voltage, Di-electric test, date and time of manufacture, thermocouple test where necessary.

It also shows a thermographic image of the part under power. This birth cert is designed to show you that your emitter was operating correctly and within tolerance before it was dispatched to you our customer. We at Ceramicx are constantly taking steps to improve the quality of our infrared emitters and infrared output and make those qualities visible to you our customer and partner.
