Innovation Partnership Ceramicx Emitter Production Process Improvement
The new innovation partnership for which funding was agreed in July 2011 got underway fully with all people recruited in January of this year. We would like to take the opportunity to thank all the people who were instrumental in securing this funding to develop the Ceramicx infrared element production process including Dr. Tom Bannon, Program Manager Innovation Partnerships, Enterprise Ireland and Mr. Paul McCloskey, our D.A. of Enterprise Ireland.
The primary aims of this project which will be discussed in more detail later are:
Manufacturing Production Development
Increased Market Potential
The primary members of the research team have a substantial knowledge of the company technology after recently completing a successful Innovation Partnership in the area of tightening the nominal wattage tolerances on infra-red coils.
This team included Dr. Mark Southern and Mr. John Harris from the Enterprise Research Centre, University of Limerick who will both lead the new expanded team in the development and pursuit of the new project.
