Panel Heaters

Primarily used in thermoforming ovens and in various curing and drying applications, the custom-built Ceramicx infrared Panel Heater design makes for a very robust and efficient infrared heater.

With an operating life often in excess of 20,000 hours in many applications (depending on the operating temperature and environment), the standard power density across the heater surface is 1.5-2.3 W/cm² (10-15 W/in²).

With a useful wavelength range of 4–6 µm, a Ceramicx custom-built infrared panel heater is a compact, easily mounted, and expandable heating solution.

The smooth anodised aluminium emitting surface allows any material drips or deposits to be cleaned off quickly and easily.
