Our custom-designed industrial quartz heating elements deliver precise, reliable, and efficient heating for a variety of industrial processes. At Ceramicx, we develop heating elements with tailored geometries that match the profile of the part or target material, ensuring consistent heat distribution.

Quartz emitters are ideal for processes requiring rapid heat-up, reaching operating temperatures in seconds, far faster than ceramic heaters. Operating up to 750°C (1380°F), they produce infrared wavelengths in the 1.5–8 micron spectrum, slightly shorter than ceramic elements.
