Standard Quartz Infrared Heating Elements are designed to deliver fast, energy-efficient infrared heating for a wide range of industrial and commercial heating and drying applications. Cassette style, these industry-standard quartz heaters provide controlled medium to long-wave infrared heat with rapid heat-up and cool-down times. Each quartz infrared heating element is constructed with a high-temperature resistance wire enclosed in durable quartz glass tubes and housed within a highly reflective aluminium-clad steel casing. This robust design maximises heat transfer, delivers uniform radiant heat distribution, and ensures exceptional thermal response, allowing the element to reach operating temperature and cool down in seconds. Suitable for applications including industrial drying, curing, plastics processing, packaging, printing and textiles. All elements are supplied with rear-mounted fixings and are installed using either 2 or 4 M5 × 30 mm mounting screws, providing quick and straightforward installation into new or existing infrared heating systems.
