Quartz Halogen Infrared Tube Heaters are high-intensity short wave infrared heating elements designed for industrial applications requiring rapid heat-up times, precise temperature control, and high operating temperatures. Their fast thermal response makes them ideal for high-speed manufacturing processes where efficiency and accuracy are essential. Using halogen gas-filled quartz tubes, these infrared heaters enable the supported tungsten filament to produce an intense infrared output with a peak wavelength of approximately 1.0 micron, delivering fast, efficient radiant heat directly to the target material while minimising energy loss.
