Quartz Halogen Infrared Tube Heaters

Linear infrared quartz halogen heating elements are ideal for fast thermal response in industrial heat applications. They offer high-speed reaction times and high-temperature performance. Available in small, medium, and large sizes, the quartz halogen heating elements use halogen gas to allow the supported tungsten filament to reach temperatures as high as 2600°C (4712°F). With a peak short-wavelength emission of approximately 1.0 microns, the QHL model has a maximum power output of 2000W. Each element is fitted with industry-standard R7s terminations. With a suitable R7s holder at both ends, the heater can be mounted and the 240V electrical connection can be provided for each of the QHS, QHM, and QHL sizes. Reflectors are also available for these elements. A range of non-standard power outputs, voltage ratings, and termination types are available upon request.
