The Modular IR 260 infrared heating panel is a robust modular solution which allows multiple units to be arrayed with equal element spacing when heating a large surface area. It is fitted with highly efficient ceramic hollow elements – model SFEH12 (2 x 2 array). The unit can be wired with either series or parallel connection allowing use with different supply voltages.
Manufactured for durability and thermal efficiency, the IR 260 features a stainless steel outer casing combined with a highly reflective polished aluminum-clad steel internal reflector to maximize heat reflection and improve energy efficiency. The panel is securely mounted using four aluminum stand-offs with M6 threaded screws and fixing nuts.
The Modular IR 260 provides an adaptable heating solution for machine builders, OEMs, and industrial end users designing new ovens, upgrading existing thermal systems, or creating custom infrared heating equipment. Its modular design simplifies installation and reduces wiring time once a suitable framework is prepared, while delivering high-intensity infrared heating with power densities of up to 35 kW/m².

For applications requiring precise temperature monitoring and control, an optional Type K thermocouple can be installed within one of the ceramic infrared emitters and connected using the removable ceramic Type K plug supplied as standard with thermocouple-equipped units.
