The Ceramic Quarter Flat Hollow Infrared Heater is a high-performance longwave ceramic heating element designed for industrial, commercial, and specialist process heating applications. It features a Type K thermocouple. Emitting infrared radiation within the 2–10 micron wavelength range, it delivers efficient, consistent radiant heat, making it ideal for applications where uniform temperature distribution and long-term reliability are essential.
These elements consist of a high temperature resistance alloy embedded in a lightweight hollow cast ceramic body filled with high-density insulation. This reduces rear heat loss and increases forward radiant efficiency.
Available in power ratings from 125W to 250W, this industry-standard ceramic infrared heater is widely used in plastics processing, thermoforming, drying and other industrial heating applications. It is suitable for new equipment and replacement heating systems.
