The Ceramic Full Trough Infrared Heater is a high-performance longwave ceramic heating element designed for industrial, commercial and specialist process heating applications. Emitting infrared radiation within the 2–10 micron wavelength range, it delivers efficient, consistent radiant heat, making it ideal for applications where uniform temperature distribution and long-term reliability are essential.
As curved, solid cast elements, each consists of a high-temperature resistance alloy embedded in a specially formulated ceramic body.
Available in power ratings from 150W to 1000W, this industry-standard ceramic infrared heater is widely used in plastics processing, thermoforming, packaging machinery, drying and curing systems, food processing equipment, and other industrial heating applications. It is suitable for new equipment and replacement heating systems.
