Ceramic Trough Infrared Heating Elements
As an industry-standard ceramic infrared heater, our full and half ceramic trough heater elements are designed for long-lasting energy-efficiency. Each one is ready for use in any industrial, commercial, and domestic application where high surface temperature is needed. A typical application is heating in thermoforming ovens. As curved, solid cast elements, each consists of a high-temperature resistance alloy embedded in a specially formulated ceramic body. Each FTE and HTE produces operating temperatures of up to 750°C with a maximum power output of 1000W (FTE model only) and a wavelength range of 2 – 10 µm.
