Portable Infrared Testing Unit
The Portable Infrared Test Stand provides a fast, accurate, and consistent method for testing material heating performance. Designed for versatility, it accommodates long, medium, and short wave infrared emitters, all mounted in a modified PAS that easily attaches to the test stand. The infrared emitters are positioned facing downward to heat materials placed on a durable stainless steel mesh platform. The adjustable emitter-to-material distance can be set between 50mm and 200mm, in 50mm increments, allowing precise control over heat exposure. Perfect for customer visits or research and development. This infrared test stand enables users to quickly identify the most effective emitter type and optimal heating distance for different materials.
The kit comes with:
- Height adjustable test stand with fixed position material tray
- 1.6 kW 230 V ceramic long wave heater assembly (Ceramic Element SFEH-800W)
- 1.5 kW 230 V quartz medium wave heater assembly (Quartz elements FQE-750W)
- 1.5 kW 230 V tungsten heater assembly* (Tungsten tubes QTS-750W)
- Fluke 62 MAX infrared thermometer
