Our Quartz Square Tube Infrared Heating Elements, developed by Ceramicx, deliver rapid-response, energy-efficient performance for a wide range of industrial applications. Originally designed as replacement heaters for older vacuum forming machines, they remain a reliable solution for both refurbishment and ongoing production. With a useful wavelength range of 1.5–8 microns, these elements provide fast, targeted infrared heat—ideal for processes requiring precise, instant thermal control. For new installations, we recommend our standard or pillared cassette emitters for optimal system integration and efficiency.
Product Range Overview
The Quartz Square Tube range is available in four sizes to suit different heating requirements:
- STQH100 – 100 x 100mm / 150–400W output
- STQH112 – 112 x 112mm / 150–400W output
- STQH140 – 140 x 140mm / 150–650W output
- STQH150 – 150 x 150mm - 150–650W output
All elements are supplied with a standard voltage of 230V, with alternative voltages available on request.
