All design and manufacturing processes are carried out under one roof. From material testing and emitter selection to CAD-based system design, fabrication, assembly, and full control integration (including HMI where required), we manage every stage internally. This integrated approach ensures quality, consistency, and complete accountability from concept through to completion.
Our advanced material testing capabilities are central to system design. By analysing thermal gradients and radiation absorption through a material’s thickness, we identify the most effective emitter type and heating configuration — reducing risk, improving efficiency, and delivering superior process outcomes.
