The Ceramic Full Flat Hollow Infrared Heater is a high-performance longwave ceramic heating element designed for industrial, commercial and specialist process heating applications. Emitting infrared radiation within the 2–10 micron wavelength range, it delivers efficient, consistent radiant heat, making it ideal for applications where uniform temperature distribution and long-term reliability are essential.
These elements consist of a high temperature resistance alloy embedded in a lightweight hollow cast ceramic body filled with high-density insulation. This reduces rear heat loss and increases forward radiant efficiency.
Available in power ratings from 400W to 1000W, this industry-standard ceramic infrared heater is widely used in plastics processing, thermoforming, composite curing, and other industrial heating applications. It is suitable for new equipment and replacement heating systems.
