Quartz Halogen infrared heating elements are widely used in plastic thermoforming, composite curing, adhesive bonding, preheating, drying, and other industrial processes requiring fast, efficient, high-temperature infrared heating. Their rapid thermal response and concentrated heat output make them well suited to continuous production lines and applications with short cycle times.
Available in power ratings from 1500W to 2000W, each heating element features a tungsten filament enclosed within a high-quality quartz tube filled with halogen gas.
